Final sale on special orders, kitchen cabinet orders, and countertop orders. (NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE).
No return, refund, or exchange on all custom made countertops (Granite, marble, laminate or any engineered stone)
All granite and quartz countertops are made from natural stone and the color may vary. Customer is responsible to review this sales slip and all relating reference sheets to ensure that the desired purchased items, quantities, colors and dimensions has been correctly specified.
All cabinets are made of natural wood. Colors and grains may vary. No return or exchange on all cabinet orders.
Sidewalk delivery only.
Examine all goods at the time of delivery or pick up. We are not responsible for any cosmetic damages once the customer takes possession of all items.
All cancellations and materials returned in the original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
